For more than 30 years, I have watched people transform their health and their lives by committing to one thing:

Doing the work.

Walking the Kokoda Track is not an ordinary hiking holiday. It is a physically demanding, emotionally challenging and deeply meaningful journey through one of the world's most significant historic trekking destinations.

There is one moment on Kokoda that I have never forgotten It wasn't the steepest climb.

After many years working with people from all walks of life—first responders, veterans, athletes, leaders, teenagers and families—I've learned that most people don't need someone to "fix" them.
