Payment Terms & Conditions

Prices are accurate as at 01 September 2007 and are subject to airfare and accommodation availability and increases as they occur.

The non-refundable deposit of $1000 is payable upon booking to secure your place
- Full payment must be received on or before 12 May 2008.
- Payments received after the due date will incur a penalty fee of $150 per participant.
Fee variation:

prices subject to increases in travel, airfares and accommodation

in addition, should the designated airline carrier impose a fuel surcharge or should a country of departure or entry impose a surcharge or tax subsequent to fixing the tour fee, the client agrees to pay Our Spirit an amount equal to such surcharge or tax prior to departure.

Fuel costs are calculated at current rates. Subsequent price increases in fuel are incorporated at the time of final payment – 60 days prior to the event.
Cancellation:
Cancellation by client is required in writing and:

if received before 9 May 2008, a refund of the tour less 25% will be issued within 14 days.

if received between 12 May 2008 and 4 June 2008, a refund of the tour fee less 50% will be issued within 14 days.

if received after 5 June 2008, no refund will be issued.
