Payment Terms & Conditions

• Prices are accurate as at 01 September 2007 and are subject to airfare and accommodation availability and increases as they occur.
• The non-refundable deposit of $1000 is payable upon booking to secure your place
  • Your login details will be emailed to you once your payment is confirmed. This gives you access to the Our Spirit Member's Homepage. From here just follow the step by step instructions in preparation for this adventure. Members have access to the online individualized training program as well as other important information about this adventure. 
  • A representative from our preferred travel insurer will contact you regarding our complimentary travel insurance.
• Full payment must be received on or before 12 May 2008. 
• Payments received after the due date will incur a penalty fee of $150 per participant.

Fee variation: 

• prices subject to increases in travel, airfares and accommodation
• in addition, should the designated airline carrier impose a fuel surcharge or should a country of departure or entry impose a surcharge or tax subsequent to fixing the tour fee, the client agrees to pay Our Spirit an amount equal to such surcharge or tax prior to departure.
• Fuel costs are calculated at current rates. Subsequent price increases in fuel are incorporated at the time of final payment – 60 days prior to the event.

Cancellation:

Cancellation by client is required in writing and:

• if received before 9 May 2008, a refund of the tour less 25% will be issued within 14 days.
• if received between 12 May 2008 and 4 June 2008, a refund of the tour fee less 50% will be issued within 14 days. 
• if received after 5 June 2008, no refund will be issued.

Rescheduling of the tour:

• If minimum participant numbers (ie 20 participants) are not met by 28 February 2008, this adventure may be transferred to alternate dates up to 2 months prior to the original departure date without penalty.
